Beginners: should start on the first Tuesday or first Friday of the month.

Wear jogging bottoms, T-shirt and trainers and the club will lend you the rest of the equipment.

The first session is free and after that it is £7.50 for adults and £5.50 for juniors for two hour session including all equipment hire and coaching.
